TECHNOLOGY CHOICE
The project was developed on Umbraco CMS, a flexible and scalable content management system built on the .NET framework. Umbraco was chosen for its user-friendly interface, customizable architecture, and ability to create content-driven websites. It allows administrators to easily update and manage content without technical expertise, while providing developers with the flexibility to extend functionality as needed. This ensured the platform could effectively serve both as a dynamic recruitment portal and as a marketing hub to promote events, resources, and teaching opportunities across the state.
