A well-known Canadian car services provider company came with an idea to automate the process that connects Car Shops with the Writers to streamline the process of the Car repair. It also includes the integration with the Insurance Company estimating software.

TECHNOLOGY CHOICE
After thorough research and collaboration with the development team, our technical team selected a modern and scalable technology stack to support the solution. The platform is built using React.js for a dynamic and responsive front-end, Node.js and Express.js for a robust and efficient backend, and MongoDB as the database for flexible and scalable data storage. This stack ensures high performance, ease of maintenance, and the ability to scale as the platform evolves.

The current workflow between car shops and insurance companies is slow and inefficient, involving repeated back-and-forth communication to clarify damage assessments, provide additional documentation, and align on repair estimates. This fragmented process leads to significant delays in estimate finalization and ultimately slows down collision repairs.
