About the Project

The Learning Apps (TLA) is a global EdTech platform designed to provide interactive educational content for preschool and kindergarten children. As a client of Digital Dividend, TLA expanded its offerings through a WordPress-based web portal and over 100+ iOS and Android apps. The ecosystem includes activities, games, worksheets, memberships, and app bundles making learning fun and accessible to children worldwide.

TECHNOLOGY CHOICE

Digital Dividend implemented a hybrid technology stack combining WordPress CMS for the web portal, SQL Server & .NET for backend systems, and native iOS & Android development for mobile apps. Analytics were tracked through Google Analytics and Firebase, while monetization strategies included AdMob, AdSense, and in-app purchases.

The Challenge

TLA’s main challenge was to manage and scale a vast library of learning content across multiple platforms, while ensuring seamless user experiences and sustainable monetization. With frequent app store policy updates, handling 100+ apps, memberships, bundles, and analytics under one ecosystem required a robust and scalable solution.

Solution Implementation

Digital Dividend delivered a comprehensive solution by:

  • Developing and managing 50+ iOS and 50+ Android apps with free, paid, and bundled versions.
  • Creating a WordPress web portal offering thousands of online worksheets, activities, and games.
  • Integrating memberships and discounted app bundles to increase revenue.
  • Implementing Google Analytics and Firebase for in-depth usage tracking across web and apps.
  • Setting up AdMob and AdSense for monetization alongside in-app purchases.
  • Ensuring scalability with SQL Server & .NET backend systems to support growing traffic.
